This is probably going to be even tougher than you thought. The IC
Masters (I checked 1987 and 1999) don't have the part number you
specified. Judging by the part number, you may be dealing with a GEC
Plessey CLA70xxx series digital ASIC. Good luck...

There is a good size data book. It won't be much help, since we are
talking about a full ASIC here. Every pin can be assigned to a
different I/O pad type, and the logic (up to about 5K gates) can be
anything.
What is the package type? How many pins? What is the date code?
