Dear all,
Hi,
I try to use HyperExtract for coupling parasitic extractor and I use
Coefficient Generator for creating a Hyper.rule file (HyperExtract Rule
File). In Addition, I use a ".LEF" file to create "input process
file" for Coefficient Generator. But, I have two problems:
1- Is there any tool that read ".lef" files and produces an input
process file for coefficient generator automatically?
2- If there is not such tool, Please let me know the how I can get the
Oxide thinness for each oxide layer to create this file manually. There
is no information about oxide layers in ".lef" files.
If it is possible, please let me see sample files (".lef" &
".def" & "Process Data" and its output "hyperExtract.rule"
files).
Thanks again.
