hwo to migrate a design from a process to another?

I'm using chrt35dg process designing a ADC now,the team leader tell me
for some reason,we will migrate to chrt35rf process.my question is:
which tools and how should i do to migrate the schematic and layout
designed in chrt35dg process to chrt35rf process?

Hi Ponderboy, VCAD has a tool called Vsch which can be used for
such a migration. Please contact manfred@cadence.com.
