HPCL5631(opto isolator)

Hi all,

I wanted some information regarding HPCL5631 it is a High speed opto
isolator.
I am not able to get it's data sheet on the web. If any body could
provide me the details regarding it's max speed of operation and it's
typical application.

Try looking for HCPL-5631.
