HP printer won't power up

The printer has a power plug that goes into the printer. There are three
female sockets recessed in the plug. I would guess the center one is
ground.

pin 1 to 3 is 32v dc
pin 2 to 3 is 30v dc
pin 1 to 2 is 2v dc

A LED on the adapter is growing green.

Does this seem normal? Is there a way to diagnose otherwise?

That's very likely a remote volt sense setup for the PSU.

In any case, I realized the printer is still within it year of warranty.
I'm driving down to the store I bought it, and let them figure it out.

So, it's been growing for less than a year? ;-)

Got it working weeks ago just before leaving on a long trip.
