HP Monitor D2837

I have an HP monitor that is completely dead, will not power up.
Checked fuses and diodes, all seem ok. Someone said this monitor is
like the Samsung CKB7227. The fccid# is A3LCKB722. Any suggestions as
to what the problem might be?
