HP laserjet 5, error light on

Unit powers up, motor spins, error light goes on.
The heater lamp and sensor appear fine as i can measure resistance on
the wires.
Any suggestion?

If you haven't already, get an idea what the error light means. Look up

Btw, it's a 5L , not a 5, i just noticed the 5 is something completely
