hi all
i have been tring to fix this printer in the shop.
i have tries all know fixes. * # then code 1 2 3
and no luck
i found a MFG menu and almost messed it up
It said ink threshold exceeded and DO NOT SHIP ---------
now i got it out of MFG mode
and it is back to error 0xc05d1281 ink system failure
what is happening was there was no black ink printing.
so when i tried to clean the print heads it made a lot of noise and
failed with above failure code.
I found the four caps c614,c622,etc
and replaced them is there something i missed on the logic board??
