I read back on posts here and most people seemed to think it was
Resistor R13 that usually went, i replaced this with another 15k ohm
resistor and now the power supply makes a buzzing noise when running. I
still have to mess with it (its still at colledge) as someoen has also
broken an arm sensor in the back of it (messing with the damn thing
while i left the room to solder on the new resistor) any help greatly
appreciated.
