A Question...
I know the properties of a special part(like a BJT). But i don't know
it's part number. How can i find it's part number?

Most manufacturers publish selection guides that sort their devices in
order of key parameters.

Most vendors have parametric tables on their web sites sites which you
can use to enter the characteristics of the device you're looking for
and have it spit out their offerings which match what you want.

For example,

http://www.fairchildsemi.com/parametric/search.jsp?command=eq&attr1=Product+Category&attr2=:Discrete:Bipolar+Transistors+%26+JFETs:Small+Signal+Transistor&render=1

will let you input what you're looking and get back a part number.

Your best bet is to check it against the catalogs- in many cases, you
can search a vendor's data sheets by plugging in parameters.
Now, this will not guarantee you anything, but it will give you a good
idea of what might be used as a replacement part.
