how tp generate a LEF?

I have installed IC5141USR1,but when i type Abstract$ in
terminal,the abstract GUI does not appear.Some guys tell me a way that
LEFfiles can be generated from virtuoso GUI and it works.But, when i
want to add a new generated LEF to a already existed LEF files(that
is,add a new cell to a standard lib),i guest i must use abstract alonly
and must use abstract GUI.
my question is:could anyone tell me waht's wrong with my
IC5141USR1?Do there have any new tools to generate files like
LEF,TLS,LIB,etc.

Where did you see that typing
Abstract$
would give you what you want ? I recommend to you that you question the author
of the document where you found this before the newgroup. For a reliable source
of info, you can better read the application documents (use cdsdoc and search).
