how to turn on Mentor Calibre extraction of mos AD, AS, PD,

Dear All,

Could you please tell me how to turn on Mentor Calibre extraction of mos AD,
AS, PD, PS...

there are only parastic capacitors after I used new version of command
file...

where should I go to modify?

You'll need to explain things a bit better. If mentor follows the same
syntax as HSpice, AD, AS, PD, PS might not be present on the mosfet
spice line itself. These parameters are automatically calculated from
the "hdif" parameter in the .model.
