How to set up QRC?

Hi,

I'm using QRC for the first time and I'm having problems setting it
up. I have the assura_tech.lib in my local folder but when I run QRC
(EXT71) I get a popup saying "No technology directory found." Then I
tried using the Rule Set Builder but once I filled everything in I get
another popup saying that its unable to save the ruleset. I tried
filling in the QRC fields manually (pretty much just Setup Dir and
Reference node) and I was able to extract R and C, but when I want to
do RLC(K) it asks for "PEEC User Region" which I don't know how to
define... Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at 'Assura Physical Verification User Guide' on P481 if
you using version 3.1.7
