How to Set Routing Grid Offset?

The routing grid comes to us from the techFile. But even if the routing grid has all the correct critical dimensions, it is useless when the routing offset for a layer/design is ZERO.

Unfortunately, there does not appear to be any easy way to adjust the routing grid offset...

.... or is there?

For anyone who's interested, it turns out the solution is to set the cell's origin back by the amount of the offset.

It's a simple hack, but not of the scripting variety.
