How to separate the connection of source and bulk

Hi all,
I'm in the hit-kit. When I add a mos, and select the "Substrate
Contact", the source and bulk are seems connected together by default.
But in some analog design, I don't want that, I need to separate them.
So how to do that?

Thanks!

Analog or digital doesn't matter, S=B is broken unless the only
thing you build is inverters. :)

I don't know what a "hit-kit" is, but for analog design you should
be using 4-terminal symbols for your MOSFETs. (E.g., nmos4
and pmos4 from analogLib).

I think I have solved this problem. :)
