In the probe window user defined traces are removed when simulation in
restarted or the window in closed.
Is there any trick to save these traces so that they reappear again.

Thanks

Don't you think that you should tell us all what simulator you are
using?

If it's PSpice, it's under Probe Setup, Restore Last Probe Session.
