how to replace idler wheel of jvc hr-d211 em

I have the jvc hr-d211 em vcr and I want to replace its idler wheel.
The idler tyre is worn out and the parts shop gave me an idler wheel
because they said they do not sell idler tyres alone and it is not
easy to find an exact match for this idler tyre.
Anyone can tell me how to replace the idler wheel ? Thx.

I think the brakes have to be removed.
