How to recover from incomplete parametric simulations ?

Hi,

during long parametric runs it may occur that due to network problems or a
simulation-space-full situation the parametric simulations with spectre are
not completed. In normal situations there seems to run a function after all
simulations to collect the data and prepare it for being viewed in
ResultsViewer of AnalogArtist. In case of the problems described above this
is not done.

Is there any better possibility than seperately try to look at the results
of each run with the ResultsBrowser ?

best regards

Ulrich

I think the command that gets run to prepare the data to be viewed as
a family is "artfamily". I think if the number of parameters is large
enough it creates a adp file or something and runs artfamily adp. If
you get the latest version of Cadence (IC5033) I think it will run the
artfamily job right away so that you can view partial results as soon
as they become available.
