How to plot just one parametric sweep

HI,

I use analog artist to run parametric sweep for several values of
a variable. When I plot an output it gives me the entire family of
plot.

Is there a way to select & plot just one wave in the family of
parametric sweeps?

Thanks
Tom

Hi Tom,

you have forgotten to tell us which waveform viewer you use. Cadence
offer two: awd and wavescan. I guess you use awd, because in wavescan
you have the possibility to select which run you want to see.

If you are using awd, you can either select the signal manually by
walking the results browser to the signal you want and then click right
mouse button.

In awd itself you can select curves->edit menu and make all but the one
wave you want to see invisible.

In awd waveform, you can select the one curve you want to see alone by
first pressing the "wave" button in the calculator, then selecting the
family member and then press "erplot" in the calculator.

Another possibility is to create a subwindow in awd and then
drag-and-drop the wanted curve from one subpanel to the other.
Subwindows can be created from Window->Subwindows menu item

You can write a SKILL script to extract the waveform you want to see.

If you can give a bit more feedback on your needs in what program ...
