Dear all,

Could anyone tell me how to get Noise Figure from Cadence Spectre
simulation? I know how to do it for a single-ended LNA, but I am
working on a differential one. If possible, please glso give me some
hints for reducing the NF. Thanks.

Best,
Allen

Use the balun from rfLib. This does an ideal single to differential (or vice
versa) conversion. Of course, you need to put a port at the input and output as
before, and do the noise analysis.

Andrew.

and to reduce the NF, replace all resistors in your circuit with capacitors.
