how to insert generic 28SSOP into eagle schematic?

Hi - I'd like to insert a IC in a 28ssop package into a eagle schematic -
but I can't find that part in the parts library. Hell - the only generic ic
packages I can find are the DIP packages. Is there any way to do this
without creating the part? BTW - the part is a Qprox QT150. Thanks!
