Somehow I have several design libs that have gotten
VS management attached to them. I select "No DM"
when creating them, because VS is a useless pain in
the checkin / checkout ass when you're working solo
on a project. Nonetheless, it's gotten its nose in
there like a tick that won't let go.
I have tried things like creating a new library,
copying contents, deleting old and renaming back -
and though the created lib had no VS, once I copy in
the chunks (and not prop.xx), and rename, VS is back.
How can I get rid of this meddling fool? And is there
a .cdsenv variable I can set, to just keep it the
hell off me, period? I do not, ever, want it around
(but have only user-level authority).
