How to find lamda and r0 of nfet

Hi,

I am designing a Miller op-amp. I ran the DC analysis for my design.
Then I got a bunch of model parameters using Results - > Print ->
DC Operating Points. But I cannot find the value of lamda (short
channel effect) and r0 of the nfet. From the textbook, r0=1/(lamda*I).

Because the gain of transistors is often expressed with the
multiplication of the transconductance and r0. It's better to know how r0
is changed with different W/L ratios.

Can anybody give me some suggestions?

Some transistor models like bsim3 does not operate directly with lambda.
