how to connect mos in schematic window

I have to mos and two pin in schematic window I want to the connection like Source to source and drain to drain and combined source to VDD pin and combined drain to VSS. For that I tried to use schcreatewire command and dbconnectobject but I'm not able connect...

Please can any one help me....
