How to build a taser???

Last week, the cops got me with a taser. It did hurt like
hell, my balls almost fell off.

All I can think about now is REVENGE!

How can I build a super-taser to fry the balls of the cops
who tortured me?

If you help me, I will send you one fried cop-nut!

Just grab the two wires and twist them together to short them out.
