How to begin Cadence Design Systems?

Sorry for bothering all. I am wondering if there is
a good beginning book for Cadence Design Systems
software, I never used it before. If possible, could
you please suggestion a book or online source for it.
Also, Could you please suggest a good book for ADC? It will be great
if I can find a lot of existing exmaple.
