how to add a inherited port ?

I would like to know how to add a inherited port to a symbol ?

I have a CDF dump, however it contains no information about the
inherited port. It lists all four ports alike. However the bulk
terminal is a inherited port and is tied to vss! . When I generate a
CDL netlist
I see the bulk terminal tied to vss!

I want to know how this is done ? Also I would like to know how to
change the potential of the inherited connections.

I am unable to do it by using a netset property.
