When we edit the technology file and load to the virtuoso, how does the technology file transforms to databases, and are there some API?

By the way, how technology file work with display resource file in virtuoso?

Have you tried reading the documentation on the technology file and
display resource file? There's a lot of documentation available (your
questions are rather open-ended).

Run cdnshelp from the command line, or use the Help menus inside Virtuoso.
