How do you specify Analysis Order in Spectre?

Hello,

I am using IC6.1.4.500.9.

I am trying to specify the Analysis Order for a DC and Transient
Simulation.

I would like to run the DC sim first, and then use that as the
starting point for my transient.

How do I do this?

I thought analysis order was supposed to be under Setup->Environment ,
in the ADE GUI. However, I do not see it there.

What do I have to do in the transient options, to get it to use the
results from my DC sim?

thanks
Mark

Mark,

It used to be under Setup->Environment, but that was not particularly
user friendly. Now it is governed by the order of the analyses in the
ADE window. To facilitate that, you can now drag and drop the analyses
in the analyses pane to alter the order.

You can do the same thing with the order of the outputs and the order of
the design variables (although those are cosmetic; it's only the order
of the analyses that alters what is run).

Andrew.
