HOT 2SD2539 spec wanted

Hi,
I need to have a datasheet or at least the spec for this HOT
transistor.
I also need to know if it has an internal B-E damper resistor or C-E
diode.
Or, if you know an eqvivalent device, it's good too.
It's for use in a SONY 29" CRT TV.
My supplier want over $40 for an original 2SD2539 (!!) and I bet there
is other possible transistors.
