The power head on this unit works but when it is switched on by means
of the switch on the hose handle the vacuum motor does not. The ready
light on the hose never illuminates and the bar graph power indicator
leds on the top of the canister indicate upwards when the power head
is operating. There is some type of electronic control board in this
thing, for what purpose I don't know. Power control to the vacuum
motor seems to go through the hose wiring but I'm not sure what
they're doing with it. Does anyone who happens to work on these
things have any advice as to a troubleshooting procedure on this
