Home Alarm monitored by PC?

I have NESS home alarm system (http://www.ness.com.au) which has AUX outputs
that basically power up 12V when the alarm is tripped. Looking for a 'black
box' that plugs into the AUX outputs and when it receives a 12V trip, shoot
a signal to my PC on serial port. Any such 'black box' about? Thanks.

I'd suggest you try looking for an interface to the parrallel port, there's
more available.

Warning - some programming probably required! :)
