They\'re not regulating anything that goes on out of state. They\'re regulating what\'s eligible for sale in their state. There are numerous examples of this kind of regulation even at the federal level pertaining to imports. California already has a bunch of restrictive laws pertaining to products made out of state. The Conflict Minerals is one pertinent to electronics. Pork producers can go hang if they don\'t like it.

This isn\'t much of a bbq place anyhow. That\'s one great failing of
California.
