Charger/supply is good. Battery is new and charged. I checked the battery
dummy adapter and plug, all OK.

Nothing happens. Nothing runs, no noise, no picture in EVF

Cassette is stuck inside, cant remove the door.

Any one know how to open the cassette door when it is ded ???

¸Thanks

Because you posted the question, you are quite aware that if you force the
tape out, you can not only further damage the camcorder but also damage the
tape.
If you are not certain how to proceed you should TAKE it to a repair shop
for the careful and safe removal of the tape and a repair cost estimate so
you can make an intelligent repair decision with facts instead of internet
or telephone guesses.
If you take it to the shop AFTER failed or aborted home repair efforts, the
repair shop price will certainly be much higher. You don't have to be a
rocket scientist to do this type of repair, but experience, cam-corder
repair knowledge and the proper tools sure do help.
