Hitachi c2978fs: Have sound. No picture

Does anybody know what's the problem?
Is it the time to replace the TV set (if it's hard to fix)?

Presume there is no brightness on the screen, no HV, mo B+ to hot, missing
drive to LOPT, Specifics as to actually what troubleshooting has been done
already with voltages and qualified descriptions of visual effects.
Otherwise take it to a service facility, have them give you an estimate,
then decide if $$$ will repair it or purchase a new tele. Really, giving you
a qualified answer with the very limited information you supplied is indeed
not going to happen.
