Hire me and save a life - NOT an April 1st joke!

Hi,

I need $25k-$30k in a real hurry. It's needed to clear out a maxxed
credit card, pay back taxes and provide for a lifesaving operation. So,
if you're hiring I need your help.

I'm an electronics/computer/software/audio engineer with over 25 years
experience. My typical work cycle has been that of being called in to
eradicate backlogs in production, sort out lines flowing poorly and
generally make things fly again. Generally I'm told that there's six
months' work ahead, and yet I'm usually back on the streets in six weeks
having solved the situation, which is great for the customer but bad for
my finances. So I'm a bright, high production individual, not a plodding
lab-droid.

But I'm desperate right now, so I'm offering my services to the highest
bidder. You must have six months' actual work ahead, because I really
need the money. I'm not self-employed and don't have an ABN so any offer
must take into account superannuation on top of the rate offered. I
don't punch timecards and I take a cigarette break when I need one but
I'm scrupulously honest, friendly, keep a clean work area, efficient and
courteous to customers.

If I don't make you five (5) times the money you're paying me as a
minimum then I'll gladly quit after a fortnight with no hard feelings.
Either you didn't have enough real work or you don't charge enough, and
either way I can't work for fools any more.

Mimimum starting offer is $25/hr - please be serious, this I can get
anywhere - and the "auction" will remain open for one fortnight. After
which I may not be around any more. Replies to the above email address
please.

Do you mind if I ask why Medicare isn't paying for the operation?

Medicare wont pay for cutting the tendons in his
hand so he cant wank himself to death anymore.

I can get it for free the day my gallbladder bursts. But otherwise it's
regarded as "optional", and being unemployed I don't have any private
medical insurance. The quality of life becomes fairly crap when even
eating a hamburger can throw me into 24 hours of excrutiating pain.

Hell, I can't even afford to consult the surgeon my GP referred me to in
January, at $137.00 a sitting.

Many specialists will not charge the "gap" if you tell them you're
unemployed and show them your health care card.

You, err, do know the purpose of the gall bladder, don't you?

If you are as good as you say you are, then people should be banging down
you door.

I am. They're not. Go figure.

Thanks, but I've already read it. Without wanting to go into the gory
details, it's totally blocked at the entrance according to ultrasound
scans, and beyond that kind of treatment (which I already tried anyhow).

I just dont believe that Medicare wont pay for that.

And it aint life threatening anyway.

You're lying.

Even with private medical insurance you would need a lot of money to pay for
the bills not covered. In effect, private insurance is the gateway to not
just getting into the hospital for an op, but for every GP and specialist in
town to send you a bill which is not covered by either Medicare or private
insurance. The "Gap" is the size of your bank account.
Some people have big houses and cars.....I have private medical insurance !
