High current amplifier

Hi Guys,
anyone knows how to amplifiy the output current of dc Generator from 100 Amp
to at least 200 Amp with a constant input and output voltage 12 Volt DC,
using chips or any circuit?

No, because you'd be violating Conservation of Energy. You could use a
step-down transformer to get 200A, but then you'd only have 6 Volts.
