hiGetWindowStackPts ERROR

Not sure what's causing this error, "hiGetWindowStackPts" anybody seen
it before. It gets displayed in my CIW and then it forces user to
close Cadence session and restart. I believe its something in
my .cdsinit that is causing it, but not 100% sure.

It would help to know the full text of the error message and the situation
in which the error occurs.
