Hiding e-mail address

Hi there,
Does anyone know a SIMPLE way to hide my e-mail address?

Immediately after appearing on here I received the "W32.Sobig.F@mm" virus.
I keep Norton up to date so it was dealt with very quickly.
Bye the way, before you all shout, I never open e-mail attachments unless I
trust them.

I run MailWasher here and normally bounce the junk without letting it in the
computer,

It depends on how you access Usenet, but a lot of people simply put
some extra characters in their e-mail address that is reported by
their news reader. One popular one is nospam.

Configure your newsreader to use an altered address. I don't know
Outloo Express that well to give advice where to change it. I
typically use a bogus return address unless I ask for a direct reply.

As you can see I use a spamcop address for any public postings. Then
the spammers go through spamcop in an effort to get to me and get
snagged.

But any of you can email me and spamcop will let it through.
