You might have had more hits from your web searches if you hadn't transposed
a couple of the characters in the part number.
The HGTP10N50C1D (not HGPT10N50C1D) is an Intersil 10A, 400V and 500V
NChannel IGBT with AntiParallel Ultrafast Diodes
