Help with JVC HR-VP628U

Hi,

This VCR will not accept or reject cartridges. I have found that there is a
plastic rocker arm in the front that is defective. On one side it has a
gear and the other side has a spring. The plastic catch for the spring has
broken off. I also need the spring.

Are these rocker arms and springs readily avaialable? From whom?
