Help with design please

I'm working on an older game setup - pre microchip

I have a setup that energizes a relay twice about a second on, a
second of,f second on, then off again.

I need to take those two pulses as an input and output 5 pulses...

Does anyone know how I can achieve this?

In several ways, but you will have to specify the needed timing of the
output pulses (and when they should start in relation to the input).

Like: _ _
In ___| |_| |_____________________

and _ _ _ _ _
Out _________| |_| |_| |_| |_| |___

or
Out _________|_|_|_|_|_____________

or ____ _
Out _________|__| |___| |__|__|_
