Help: Toa D3 or D4 mixer knobs needed

Hi, Ive got a Toa D3 mixer that has missing knobs.
Can someone plse recommend a source for secondhand ones?

I sent an email to Toa UK and USA, but no reply so far. A local agent says
"no chance" as the mixer is not in production any more.
