Help to identify IC manufacturer

[G.I.O.]

Have some IC's that have a rather strange manufacturer's marking on
them.
There is a large, thin "S" with a lower case "dt" at the top and to the
right of this S.

Can anyone tell me what company this is?

That's an "integral" symbol as used in calculus.
