help steps for vpi linking

I am new to verilog PLI.can anybody tell me in simple steps how to
link PLI 2.0 i.e VPI in ncvlog.

The simplest is to use the "pliwiz" command (the PLI Wizard), in conjunction
with reading the related documentation in cdsdoc.
