Help: simple circuit for a shocking gag - thanks!

Ii need help to build a shocking gag. I've seen that they make it fit
even in a pen and i'd like to replicate it. I know that it is
basically step-up voltage circuit, but i'd like to make it very simple
and small since I don't need a finely calibrated output.
