Help needed with Magnavox PTV375 - no HV

I have this unit in for repair. It took a power surge, which blew out
the AWP022 power supply board. I got a new board from Tri State
Modules, but still get no HV (or power of any kind out of the board).
The tuning/audio works fine. There is a 15V switched DC that goes to
the AWP022 board that is OK. I have tried it with the anode
disconnected to check for HV shorts. Can find no other shorts.

Any ideas what to check?

Wouldn't be the first dead board I've seen from TriState (or Philips either,
for that matter)
