From a PC memory module, there's an IC labeled:

ITAUCOM
ICM4V640806-5
DMTT BRAZIL 0114A

I think it's one of the memory IC's, and I also think it's a part, relabeled by
this Brazilian company [ITAUCOM]. Does someone here have info about this IC?
As far as I can count (the IC has really small pins) it has 60 pins.

Replace "NOSPAM" by "rodney" written backwards "yendor".

Let's see...

IC = Integrated Circuit...good start
M = Memory
4 = mbits/word
V = ??
6408 = 64 x 8
06 = 6 volts
-5 = 5nS

Impossible!
Hmm, probably right. I was guessing in any case. :)

This seems rather impossible.

Thanks for the help decoding the IC label.

How many chips on the module? Is there any writing stamped on the chips
themselves?

I don't remember how many chips. IIRC it was 8. The label on the IC is the text
from the original post:

ITAUCOM
ICM4V640806-5
DMTT BRAZIL 0114A
