Help needed finding PC PSU

Hi, Does anyone know of anywhere in the UK where I could get hold of a Delta
Electronics PSU Model No. DPS-145PB-111?

It is from a 'Tiny' PC. I can't find one in my area and I must be looking in
the wrong places online.
So any help will be very much appreciated.
