Help me! My Seiko watch starts flashing!

Please help me....I've got a Seiko Watch model SPORTS 100....and i
don't know why but it started some days ago flashing on the main
display (TIME)... and I can't do anything...i've tried to push all the
button...but it seems that is not a problem for setting the time... i
don't have the manual ..can someone can help me?

Probably means the battery is dying.
 
Marco...just change the battery and your problem will go away.
Those watches work with the same principle as the telephones....when the
battery is dying down that it can't be re-rcharged anymore, they start emiting
a beep-beep sound to let you know that's time to put a fresh battery in them.
